Refund Policies
If you’re not happy with your purchase made online you can return the item and receive an itemized voucher in an exact sum (minus the cost of shipping) to redeem on the site, within 24 hours of cancellation your order. We will not entertain any requests after 24 Hours of purchase. The reason for your dissatisfaction should discuss the reason with customer service and the matter will be reviewed independently with the Support Head before the decision will be made. If the claims made are found to be valid, returning the purchased item as well as the subsequent voucher will be authorized.
Shipping Policies
All orders will be dispatched in 1-2 working days and will be delivered in 2-3 working days. In case of any natural disasters (Earthquakes, Pandemics, and Weather Abnormalities) or political unrest, delays in shipments can be expected.
When an order turns out to be not complete or correct or there are products that aren’t included The case is re-examined by Support’s Head, and the issue will be decided. If the problems presented are found to be valid, then the items that are in error or not available will be sent (only shipping costs will be charged) We will not entertain any requests after 24 Hours of purchase.
