If you are unsatisfied with an online purchase, you may cancel the product and get a voucher for the exact amount (minus the shipping cost) to use on the website, within 7 days of receiving your order. We will not cancel any requests after 24 hours of purchase. The complaint must be addressed to our customer service team before the Head of Support reviews the situation independently and decides how to proceed. The purchase may be returned along with the following voucher if the issues raised are accepted as legitimate.

Ltd. a company incorporated under The Companies Ordinance, having it’s registered in Pakistan. (Here in after the “Company”) including the sale and supply of any Products on the Site.
