Cancellation Policy

As soon as you receive an order confirmation email, your order has begun processing and cannot be modified; however, it can be cancelled within 24 hours. To ask about cancelling an order, send us an email at sales@kosmetikopk.com. You may return products for a refund after receiving them as long as they haven’t been used. You will be responsible for paying the postage costs to return the items to us, and once they are in our warehouse, we will credit your account for the purchase amount less the shipping expenses.
